Tax Information
We are required by law to collect and remit applicable taxes for all orders.
Limited Quantities
Some merchandise may be available in limited quantities. If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will be glad to help you select another Collections item.
Merchandise
All products include the cost of product and applicable taxes.
Merchandise Substitutions
Awards Headquarters reserves the right to substitute an item no longer available from a manufacturer with another item of equal or greater value at no additional charge to you. If the replacement item is not the same size, colour, pattern or brand, etc. you will be contacted by a Customer Service Specialist prior to shipping for your approval.
Holiday Order Deadline
In order to ensure delivery of orders required for the holiday season, orders must be placed by Friday, November 18. If the item is available from the supplier, we can confidently assure on-time delivery.
Cost Variations
By reason of cost variations beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase or decrease, without notice, the point value required for specific awards.
In case of an error on this web site, we reserve the right to advise you of the correct point value before the award is shipped.
Standard Delivery
Most items included in Collections are shipped via UPS Standard service directly from the Awards Headquarters Distribution Centre. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.
Freight Delivery
Some larger items are delivered via common carrier. You will be contacted to arrange for delivery. Delivery time may vary, depending on the availability of stock. If your order consists of multiple items, all items may not be delivered at the same time. Delivery must be accepted as items become available. Most larger items are delivered in-home, however, the carrier may not uncrate the item(s) or discard the packaging. Set-up/installation is not included.
Returns
Please keep all original packaging materials for returns, exchanges, or damaged items.
To help us maintain our quality standards and understand the reason for your return, please call the Awards Headquarters Customer Service at canadatakecharge@ups.com for an authorization number and return instructions.
You will be requested to enclose the packing list, with authorization number, in the original box with the item you are returning. If you have misplaced the packing list, please include a note inside the box with the following information: your name, address, order number, item ordered, reason for return, exchange requested and authorization number.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any item you order from Collections! If you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please call our Customer Service Specialists to help you return your item within 15 days of purchase, and we will gladly exchange the item or credit award media accordingly and/or credit any supplemental payment method for the award ordered.
Damage
Most deliveries occur without damage: however, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, note all damage on all copies of the delivery receipt before signing. Be sure to keep a copy, and contact the Awards Headquarters Customer Service Centre immediately. All damage must be reported by the next business day.
Warranties
Most products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. All items are manufactured by independent suppliers. The Marco Corporation makes no guarantee, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to such items, and shall not be liable for any loss, expense, accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with use of such items, or as a result of any defect in or failure of such items. Marco specifically disclaims any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.
